Camping Holidays Canada Rental Agreement:

CONDITIONS:

RENTER'S AGE: The Primary Renter acknowledges that he/she is at least 21 years of age with a valid driver's license.

PICK-UP & RETURN: All equipment, without exception, is always inspected, cleaned and properly maintained before and after a rental by Camping Holidays Canada, herein listed as CHC. Renter will return the equipment in the same good operating condition to Camping Holidays Canada.

INSPECTION PRIOR TO RENTAL: CHC rental company inspects and maintains all equipment prior to rental. Renter should inspect and test equipment prior to rental. By accepting equipment, Renter agrees that equipment was in good working and operational order at the time of rental.

PICK-UP and RETURN TIMES: Normal pick-up/delivery time of equipment is set at 11:00 am. The minimal rental period is 2 consecutive nights. Any pick-up of equipment before 11:00 am will be subject to an additional FULL day's rental rate. Any return of the rental equipment after 3:00 p.m. on the scheduled day of return, will be subject to an additional FULL day's rental rate. Exceptions to the above terms will require management approval PRIOR to the equipment rental (pick-up/delivery).

RENTAL EXTENSIONS: Every effort will be made to accommodate customers who would like to extend their holiday, however, this may not always be possible, especially at peak times. Requests for extensions must be made at least 48 hours before scheduled return date. In the event extensions are not possible, camping equipment is due at the scheduled time/date agreed upon. Rental Equipment not returned by closing of the date of return (without Camping Holidays Canada consent) will be subject to charges of DOUBLE the daily rate until goods are returned to Camping Holidays Canada.

LOSS OR DAMAGE OF THE EQUIPMENT: Upon receipt of the equipment, Renter assumes all responsibility for the equipment rented and assumes all responsibility for all loss and damage to the equipment plus any related expenses, until the equipment is delivered to and received by Camping Holidays Canada, regardless of fault.

DAMAGE AND REPAIR: Renter will immediately cease using the equipment if it is damaged or in need of repair and will be responsible for all damage to the equipment resulting from abuse. Renter will notify Camping Holidays Canada immediately in the event of any loss or damage to any equipment. Renter will not authorise or permit any repairs to be made to the equipment, without the prior consent of Camping Holidays Canada.

PAYMENT:

Deposit of $100.00 is required to reserve your booking. This deposit may be used towards the final cost of rental. The booking deposit is refundable if cancellation notification is received within 14 days of scheduled booking. This policy guarantees equipment is ready for you. Balance of rental charges are paid upon pick-up/delivery of Camping Holidays Canada's camping equipment.

Using the Renterss credit card information, Camping Holidays Canada will generate a credit card deposit with the Renterss credit card information. No monetary amounts will be entered until after the equipment rented has been returned and inspected by Camping Holidays Canada.

The Renter Authorises Camping Holidays Canada to charge the renter reasonable charges as stated in this agreement when goods are not returned in the same condition in which they were rented.

If the equipment rented is returned in the same good operating condition and on time, no further charges are incurred.

If the equipment rented is not returned by closing on the scheduled return date (i.e. the agreed date/time) additional rental Charges will be accrued at DOUBLE the listed daily rate, unless prior consent is provided by Camping Holidays Canada.

If the equipment rented is damaged or lost in any way, the amount entered onto the credit card charge slip will equal the rental charges, taxes, repair charges, and/or replacement charges as appropriate and as defined by Camping Holidays Canada.

Replacement charges will equal 50% of full retail replacement cost of the equipment not returned, lost or damaged. Repair charges will be actual charges accrued by Camping Holidays Canada plus an additional 15% charge to cover time and labour associated with the repair process. Cleaning/Drying Charge levied at $25.00/Half Hour Labour — Minimum Charge.
